1. In this Privacy Policy:
1.1. we, our or us means Mineral Resources and Heavy Engineering Skills Centre Inc trading as Resources and Engineering Skills Alliance Inc (ABN 136 955 985 272) and any officer, employee, contractor or agent of the same.

2.1. We understand the importance of protecting and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Information provided to us.
2.2. We reserve the right to change the terms of our Privacy Policy from time to time and we will take reasonable steps to notify you if this occurs.

4.1.2.1. the secondary purpose is related to the primary purpose of collection and if the Personal Information is Sensitive Information, the secondary purpose is directly related to the primary purpose of collection; and
4.1.2.2. you would reasonably expect us to use or disclose the Personal Information for the secondary purpose; or
4.1.2.3. you have consented to the use or disclosure of the Personal Information for the secondary purpose.

5.1. We may disclose Personal Information for the purposes for which it was collected. By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your Personal Information to prospective employers for their consideration.
6. Quality of Personal Information
6.1. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

9.2. We do not charge for providing such access and we will try to respond to your request within 14 days. All requests about the Personal Information that we hold about you must be made by contacting us via the “Contact Us” section. In the event that we deny you access to your Personal Information that we hold, or refuse to correct the Personal Information about you, we will provide you with written reasons.
9.3. We will correct any information that is incorrect.
